19981127: same as 19981126, with polarizable oxygen

GOAL

Run the same thing as 19981126, but with polarizable oxygen ions.

Results

Seem good, at least as far as the MSD plot is concerned. Note the difference with 19981126, in which oxygen atoms were not polarizable.

Why does the MSD plot show those little waves? Have I to include a larger number of atoms or simulate for more time or both?
