19981112: reproducing Brinkman's results

The main problem is that I cannot get a nice MSD plot for $O$ ions. So here is my present attempt to understand what is going on.

• Reproduce the YSZ data from Brinkman et.al [2]
• Then substitute $Y^{3+}$ with $Ce^{3+}$ and rerun with the same CONTROL file, and see what happens

Here are the results obtained reproducing Brinkman's paper (as far as $O$ MSD plot).
