19991103: identical to 19990825, but NPT ensemble

GOAL

To see if the good reproducibility already obtained for the $Zr_{100}Ce^{4+}_{200}Ce^{3+}_{200}O_{900}(V_O^{\cdot \cdot })_{100}$ with the NPT ensemble is obtained also for the zirconium free system $Ce^{4+}_{250}Ce^{3+}_{250}O_{875}(V_O^{\cdot \cdot })_{125}$.

The calculations to be compared are the following:
