note: The organising committee intends to offer a significant number of
scholarships.

The registration
fee includes:
- Admission to all scientific
sessions
- Conference materials
(programme, Abstract Book, Conference kit, badge)
- Opening ceremony and welcome
reception
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Certificate of attendance
Conference
Dinner
The
Organizing Committee is also planning a Conference Dinner. The amount
for the
dinner will depend on the sponsorships that the Committee will obtain.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made by sending a written notice to secretariatctb2013@theoffice.it
Before 20 July 2013: fee and hotel deposit will be reimbursed minus 20%
for
administrative charges.
After 20 July 2013: no refund will be possible.
All
reimbursements will be made after the Conference.
Hotel Accommodation
The
Organizing Secretariat has negotiated special rates in a four star hotel very
conveniently located. It is possible to reach the conference venue at the
University of Trieste either by car or by bus. Car parks
are available at the hotel and near the railway station.
